At Toys"R"Us Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
